Mediterranean-Style Cooking
Mediterranean foods are generally considered to be the cornerstone of a healthy diet. Patterned after the foods from the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, it includes lots of fruits and vegetables, legumes, whole grain breads, and seafood. Come learn how to put together a mealplan based on this style of cooking, and then we will prepare and eat a meal together. You will go home with a file full of recipes and information about how to incorporate Mediterranean Cooking in your daily diet.
