Fieldsmith Home Arts

"Fieldsmith Home Arts" studio was created as a place where I could to teach those home arts that provide self-sufficiency and satisfaction for individuals and families.  The name Fieldsmith is a blend of my maiden name of Smith and my married name of Butterfield.

Our Fieldsmith Farm is located on a 24 acre property located in an exquisitly beautiful agriculture area at the foot of the mountain on Smith Creek Road. We farm the acreage, and we enjoy harvesting fresh produce from our gardens.

It is a joy to welcome you to our home and studio—a place where friends can gather to learn and be creative.

Buy Fresh and Buy Local Produce Boxes
Fieldsmith Farm is teaming with Jon Henry General Store in New Market to demonstrate how to prepare locally grown, seasonal foods into delicious and healthy meals.  Participants will learn ideas to prepare a variety of dishes from the weekly produce boxes, available through Jon Henry's store.  We will enjoy lunch together, and everyone will go home witha box of fruits and vegetables, as well as recipes to prepare. Cost is $50.00

I wanted to thank you again for a wonderful class and experience yesterday.  It was first class all the way!  A fun, learning experience from a knowledgeable person.  I certainly would have paid more than I did had I known what I would gain from the class.  You also threw in a gorgeous view for free!  Thanks again.

Congratulations to @bevbutterfield on her lovely Fieldsmith Farm LLC Studio where she hosted another cooking class-this time, rolls, cinnamon buns, and peach cobbler jam.  I've always been intimidated to make these prooducts, but Bev made it seem easy!  A very fun, socially distant class-I highly recommend. #fieldsmithfarm #fieldsmithhomearts #homesteading #homemadebread #homemadecinnamonbuns #homemadejam

Cooking classes at Fieldsmith Farms courtesy of Bev Butterfield.  Best cinnamon rolls ever!  Can't wait for pasta making and pickle classes!
